Simple process
Facebook Reels usually have their own /reel/ URL. They differ from longer Watch videos in the link shape and often in the formats Facebook exposes.

Copy the link from an individual public Facebook Reel.

Paste the URL and review the actual formats.

Select a quality, play the preview, and download.
Screens are illustrative. Available media and delivery times depend on the public source.
A closer look
See the same three stages on a larger screen. Each example is captured from this website.

01 / Paste
Copy the Reel’s /reel/ URL from the individual post. A link copied from a private audience or a login-only page may open for you but not for a public checker.

02 / Choose
Facebook decides which Reel encodes are exposed. The selector shows only detected files; it cannot infer a higher resolution from the thumbnail or page appearance.

03 / Save
When preparation succeeds, the result keeps the preview and attachment action together. If source access fails, retrying the same restricted link will not unlock it.
Transparent by design
The page checks real source choices and prefers a complete browser-compatible MP4. When a Reel needs another route, the worker chooses a guarded fallback.
Works everywhere
Open a Reel and use Share → Copy link. A feed URL or profile URL is not a reliable substitute for the individual Reel address. Restricted-audience Reels are not supported.
Tap Share, then Copy link. Downloads appear in Safari and the Files app.
Tap Share → Copy link. Find the finished MP4 in Downloads or your browser.
Open the individual post, copy its address, then check your Downloads folder.
Why choose this tool
Reel-specific instructions and quality choices avoid pretending every Facebook link is the same.
Supported platforms
Public Facebook /reel/ links and supported public share redirects; not private Reels.
Frequently asked questions
The shared engine may recognize the link, but this page gives Reel-specific guidance and content.
Your Facebook session may have access the public worker does not. Geographic and audience limits also affect source availability.
No. GalaxyFetch handles only media that the source exposes publicly without an account. It never asks for your password, session cookie, or private-profile access.
No. Save only media you own or have permission to use. Copyright and the source platform rules still apply.
Desktop browsers normally save to Downloads. Android uses Downloads or the browser download list. On iPhone and iPad, check Safari Downloads and the Files app.
The post may be removed, restricted by region or age, require a login, or the source may temporarily refuse automated access. A public-looking page is not always a public media file.
A prepared link is short-lived, normally about 15 minutes. If it expires, check the original public post again for a new link.
Complete source files may use direct, edge, or proxy streaming. Formats that need merging may use a private, short-lived storage object. The exact route depends on source behavior and current configuration.
