Simple process
X video is attached to an individual post URL. Open the post and copy its address rather than a timeline or profile page.

Copy the /status/ link of a public X post containing video.

Paste it to check available MP4 variants.

Preview the selected result and download.
Screens are illustrative. Available media and delivery times depend on the public source.
A closer look
See the same three stages on a larger screen. Each example is captured from this website.

01 / Paste
Use the URL of the public X status that contains the video. A profile link or quoted discussion without accessible media cannot identify a downloadable clip.

02 / Choose
The status may point to several source variants or a stream. GalaxyFetch checks those variants before showing a choice and does not equate a display label with guaranteed quality.

03 / Save
Confirm the prepared video in the player, then save it from the result card. Protected accounts and posts requiring a session remain outside this public workflow.
Transparent by design
The worker inspects public media variants and offers only available compatible options. Short-lived source links are validated before delivery.
Works everywhere
Tap the share icon and choose Copy link, or copy a /status/ address on desktop. Protected accounts and posts that require a signed-in session are outside this tool.
Tap Share, then Copy link. Downloads appear in Safari and the Files app.
Tap Share → Copy link. Find the finished MP4 in Downloads or your browser.
Open the individual post, copy its address, then check your Downloads folder.
Why choose this tool
The tool separates public video posts from protected posts and avoids claiming a quality that the source did not provide.
Supported platforms
Public x.com and twitter.com status links with video.
Frequently asked questions
No. Protected posts are not publicly accessible and GalaxyFetch does not use account cookies.
The current video workflow prepares a single selected media result, not an archive of every item in a post.
No. GalaxyFetch handles only media that the source exposes publicly without an account. It never asks for your password, session cookie, or private-profile access.
No. Save only media you own or have permission to use. Copyright and the source platform rules still apply.
Desktop browsers normally save to Downloads. Android uses Downloads or the browser download list. On iPhone and iPad, check Safari Downloads and the Files app.
The post may be removed, restricted by region or age, require a login, or the source may temporarily refuse automated access. A public-looking page is not always a public media file.
A prepared link is short-lived, normally about 15 minutes. If it expires, check the original public post again for a new link.
Complete source files may use direct, edge, or proxy streaming. Formats that need merging may use a private, short-lived storage object. The exact route depends on source behavior and current configuration.
