Simple process
Paste one public Instagram Reel or video-post link. GalaxyFetch checks whether Instagram exposes an audio track before any media transfer begins.

Copy the individual link of a public Instagram Reel or video post with sound.

Paste it and check whether the source exposes an audio track.

Prepare the MP3, listen to the preview, then save it before the temporary link expires.
Screens are illustrative. Available media and delivery times depend on the public source.
A closer look
See the same three stages on a larger screen. Each example is captured from this website.

01 / Paste
Use the Share menu to copy one public Reel or video-post address. A profile, private post, image-only carousel, Story, or Highlight is not a supported audio source here.

02 / Choose
The MP3 choice means the extractor found an audio-bearing source. When Instagram offers a separate M4A track, GalaxyFetch prefers it to avoid fetching video pixels; the source size is not the final MP3 size.

03 / Save
The worker converts the selected audio to MP3 and creates a short-lived link with an audio preview. The source can still refuse transfer after metadata succeeds, and encoding cannot restore fidelity missing from the original.
Transparent by design
Audio preparation uses the bounded conversion worker, a 100 MB source/output cap or your lower admin limit, and short-lived private storage. It cannot use a direct MP3 CDN redirect because Instagram does not provide a ready-made MP3.
Works everywhere
When the source exposes a separate audio-only stream, the worker downloads that track instead of the video picture. It then encodes a real MP3 and stores it briefly in private storage for playback and saving.
Tap Share, then Copy link. Downloads appear in Safari and the Files app.
Tap Share → Copy link. Find the finished MP3 in Downloads or your browser.
Open the individual post, copy its address, then check your Downloads folder.
Why choose this tool
The tool checks for an actual audio track, prefers audio-only delivery to reduce bandwidth, and uses proper MP3 encoding rather than renaming an M4A or MP4 file.
Supported platforms
Public Instagram Reels and individual video posts with an accessible audio track. Silent posts, image-only posts, private accounts, Stories, Highlights, and login-restricted media are not supported.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. FFmpeg encodes the available Instagram soundtrack into MP3. A source M4A or MP4 is not merely renamed.
When Instagram exposes audio-only M4A, no video picture is fetched. If a future post exposes audio only inside a video file, a bounded video-source fallback may be necessary.
No. The tool cannot create a soundtrack when the source exposes no audio track.
Instagram normally does not serve MP3 files. The worker must fetch the audio source, encode it, and prepare a temporary private download.
If you uploaded MP3 cover artwork in Admin Settings, new conversions embed it in the MP3. Otherwise no cover image is added.
No. GalaxyFetch handles only media that the source exposes publicly without an account. It never asks for your password, session cookie, or private-profile access.
No. Save only media you own or have permission to use. Copyright and the source platform rules still apply.
Desktop browsers normally save to Downloads. Android uses Downloads or the browser download list. On iPhone and iPad, check Safari Downloads and the Files app.
The post may be removed, restricted by region or age, require a login, or the source may temporarily refuse automated access. A public-looking page is not always a public media file.
A prepared link is short-lived, normally about 15 minutes. If it expires, check the original public post again for a new link.
Complete source files may use direct, edge, or proxy streaming. Formats that need merging may use a private, short-lived storage object. The exact route depends on source behavior and current configuration.
