Links and download delivery

When you submit a URL, the service and its media worker use it to inspect the source and prepare the requested file. Depending on the source, delivery can come from the source CDN, an edge relay, a server relay, or a temporary private storage object. The source platform and delivery providers may receive network information needed to serve the request.

A file sent through temporary storage is intended to be deleted after a short retention window; processing failures and provider operations can affect the exact deletion time. Do not treat this service as permanent file storage. We do not publish a public gallery of user-requested media.

Operational and analytics data

Security and service logs may contain an IP address, time, request path, status, and technical error. Product analytics may record a rotating pseudonymous IP-derived identifier, platform, page, result status, duration, and file size. An IP-derived identifier is not anonymous in every context. Submitted URLs are not intended to be part of product analytics, although diagnostic logs and provider records may differ.

We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and understand reliability. Our hosting, database, delivery, and storage providers process data on our behalf; their locations and retention can differ from ours. We do not sell your submitted links.

Cookies and third-party code

Essential cookies support security and administrator sign-in. When third-party analytics such as Google Analytics or advertising tags are enabled, their scripts load on public pages without a cookie-choice prompt. These providers may receive page, browser, and network information and may set or read cookies under their own terms. You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies, although some site functions may then fail. Contact us with questions about the providers currently enabled.

Retention and requests

Temporary media, analytics, logs, and support messages have different retention needs. Exact periods depend on the live configuration, provider logs, and applicable legal obligations; we will not claim an unverified universal deletion deadline. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion where your law provides those rights. We will explain any limits that apply to a specific request.

Security and changes

We use access controls and private temporary storage where needed, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may revise this notice as delivery methods or providers change and will show the revised date on this page.
